Rev(b)élate – exhibition

REV(B)ÉLATE

“Rev(b)élate” is an exhibition and short film for younger audiences. The aim of these audiovisual materials is  to reach the entire adolescent population to encourage them to talk about mental health. Rev(b)élate calls to action, to speak, to communicate, to break the secret, to reveal and to rebel against mental health problems. Rev(b)élate is a way of teaching, supporting and accompanying us on the topic of mental health.

An exhibition to talk about mental health

When and how did you realize you had a mental health problem? How did you feel? What did you think? What does it mean to you to have a mental health problem? What was it like to reveal it to your family and friends? that you had a mental health problem? What do you think may be the impact of stigma on people with a mental health problem? What helps you or makes you feel good? How would you like people to treat you? What helps you? What do you dislike about how people treat you?

We approach mental health.

We re(b)veal ourselves.
